PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
The North Hampton Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, October 20, 1999 at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall to hear the following:
Three cases have been continued from previous meetings:
Case 99:19 Lamprey Brothers, Inc. for property located at rear of Joe's Meat Shop, Tax Map 7, Lot 150, request possible variances for setbacks to property lines and wetlands, in order to replace existing storage facility and building.
Case 99:16 Douglas and Karin Nelson, for property located at 25 West Road, Tax Map 20 Lot 1, requests a variance to Article IV, Section 406.2 of the North Hampton Zoning Ordinance, and asks that they be allowed to erect a home on a lot that does not meet current zoning.
Case 99:20 Craig Schreck, , property located at 94 Atlantic Avenue, Tax Map 6 Lot 10, requests a variance from Article IV Section 406.4A, and asks that he be allowed to build a duplex on a lot containing less than 100,000 square feet.
NEW CASES:
Case 99:21 Wayne and Marcia Gagnon, for property located at 10 Woodknoll Drive, Tax Map 17 Lot 44, request variance to Article IV, Section 406, new garage would be approximately 20 feet from property line instead of the regulated 25 feet, where 25 feet is required (R-1).
Case 99:22 Paul Marston, for property located at 187 Lafayette Road, requests a variance to Article 4, Section 406.8, of the North Hampton Zoning Ordinance, and asks that he be able to utilize this area for drainage and landscaping.
